"We spent 3, very pleasant, nights at The Coach House.
The property is immaculate and far larger than we expected. Situated, as it is in South Willingham, it was an ideal base to explore the local area and short trips into Lincoln.
Helen and James were very welcoming and could not have been any more helpful with their advice and recommendations for where to go and what to see.
When we visit Lincolnshire next, we will definitely be checking if the Coach House is available."

This is a spacious well equipped beautifully clean coachhouse. We stayed there for two weeks and there was everything that we needed. It is a very comfortable holiday home. Helen and James are extremely helpful and helped us to sort out any issues including a flat tyre for my daughter. With two large fridges, washing machine and tumble dryer it was even better than we could’ve expected. They have even provided a barbecue. I also think it’s very good value for money. The location is perfect for visiting Lincoln, but also access to various other fun places to visit, including the coast.

A really lovely place to stay in a gorgeous part of the world. Helen, James and Tom couldn't do enough to help us and made themselves available when needed. There are some beautiful villages with thatch cottages and some amazing wildlife reserves nearby. We saw birds of prey, muntjac deer and a migrating Sedge Warbler without even going out of our way. Really lovely peaceful house to stay in the explore the Lincolnshire Wolds and coast.

Beautiful place, finished to a very high standard. Helen and James gave us such a warm welcome and even provided a birthday card and cake on our arrival for a family member. Will highly recommend to all family and friends, looking forward to returning in the future.

This property is the ultimate air bnb experience. Iv stayed a lot places and this is one of the best Iv experienced for what I needed. 4 men working away from home for a work trip. 3 good sized rooms , lovely hot shower and great sized kitchen and living room. And it come with its own conservatory and dining room. What more can you ask for! Oh and the price , absolutely spot on.

From start to finish Helen, James and Tom made us feel like old pals visiting. Nothing was any trouble, from the provision of lactose free products to dishwasher tablets. Whatever we thought of, was already provided for us. It was truly akin to being in our own home. Even tiny touches such as dog treats for our pampered pooch. The Coach House is a completely self contained annex and is spotlessly clean. All measures are put in place to help follow the highest of measures. The location is spot on for some much needed rest and relaxation in the countryside. A short drive away is a beautiful woodland with free parking. There is also a bike trail with jumps and ramps at the end. It's not too far from the coastline and various beaches (we preferred Chapel St. Leonard's as it was very quiet when we went in October). All in all the perfect place for some peace and quiet.

We had a great stay at Helen and James. The house is very spacious and we appreciated the coffee, tea, bread, jam for breakfast. We would highly recommend staying there.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The place is newly refurbished and very well kitted out. Very spacious place and a lovely interior with a large, well equipped kitchen (loved cooking meals here), good sets of games, decent internet and enough tv/netflix etc. options to justify staying inside! The area is stunning, a lovely quiet village/hamlet with a community pub just down the road serving fab food. Our stay far exceeded out expectations and was a real home from home...Helen and James (and Tom) are really friendly and were on hand to offer guidance, local tips and check that all was going okay. All in all, a lovely rural getaway.

What an absolute gem of a place. Everything about our stay here was perfect. The hosts are brilliant, attentive enough to make you feel welcomed and at home, whilst giving you the privacy to enjoy your stay as you wish. The coach house itself is beautifully clean and the little extra touches went a long way. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, nice walks and some time to relax you shouldn’t look anywhere else. Thanks again for a lovely weekend.
