A pet friendly home from home...

As we have our own Labradoodle, Barley, we understand the joy of taking your beloved pet on holiday with you. We decided from the outset to be a dog friendly cottage. We welcome well-behaved dogs, although we ask that you try to restrain them from sleeping on the beds!

Your home from home in the heart of the Wolds

DESCRIPTION

The Coach House is a unique holiday cottage. It is a large private annexe connected to The Old Rectory set in a tranquil village just north of Lincoln City. Sitting in the Lincolnshire Wolds an ideal base for walking or travelling short distances in the car to see what Lincolnshire has to offer or if you prefer enjoy relaxing in the lawned garden. We love living on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds for its peaceful rural life with a short car ride to the historic city of Lincoln, visiting the coast or local attractions. We hope to make this a great self catering cottage experience

By prior arrangement we can collect you after a night out from Lincoln or Market Rasen Race Course.

Given current uncertainty with travel we have moved to a flexible refunds policy.

Zappi EV charger free to use for guests and those needing a quick boost if travelling in the Lincolnshire Wolds

THE SPACE

Ground Floor:
The lounge has two three seater sofa’s, 42 inch TV which has Sky and is internet enabled. Free and unlimited Wi-fi also included.

Off the lounge you have a conservatory to sit, relax and perhaps read a book or play some board games.

You also have a dining room off the conservatory seating six with ease on an extending dining room table.

Moving back through the lounge into the hall way there is plenty of space to leave boots and coats. Under the stairs there is a safe, airer and general cleaning tools. Also it houses a zip bed and all the baby and toddler equipment.

Off the hall way is the Kitchen. We have tried to make this as a home from home. You have a full range cooker running on gas, microwave, small fridge, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Dishwasher and washing machine tablets are provided for you.

First Floor:
Upstairs you have the main bedroom with en-suite and a kings size bed. Along the landing you pass the main bathroom with a bath and separate rain shower. This then leads onto two other bedrooms both with double beds.

Within the bedrooms there is a hair dryer, mirrors and plenty of cupboard and drawer space.
